Press Release Body = Rick Weaver, Chief Operations Officer of the Multicultural
Business Council, will be the featured speaker at the summer conference of the
Michigan Association of Rehabilitation Organizations on June 6 in Traverse City,
Michigan.

Weaver will be speaking about the challenges and opportunities organizations face
now that we have four different generations working together.

"Managing Builders, Boomers, Xs, and Ys Without Losing Your Zs" provides a
tremendous amount of practical knowledge as to why each of the four generations
currently in the workplace displays different thoughts, loyalties, and skills.

This is the first time in history that so many generations have been in the
workplace at the same time. The Builder generation has remained in the workplace
after the normal retirement age and the Baby Boomers are now doing the same.
Generation Y is now entering the workforce, bringing with them a new perspective and
culture.

"By understanding how each generation developed its unique personality, we\'re able
to more easily understand how to draw talent and increase the job contribution and
satisfaction from the members of each generation," says Weaver.

Generational cultures are largely overlooked by managers according to the
Multicultural Business Council.

"Just as contemporary managers must consider the qualities of ethnic and religious
cultures if they expect to fully capitalize on the diversity of their workforce,
managers must understand the impact of the personality of generations," adds Weaver.
